Description: The Moore-Dalton House was constructed in 1883 by Thomas H. Moore and it was originally a one-story dwelling. In 1890
Moore added a second story to the home. In 1896, James L. Dalton purchased the home from Moore, and Dalton made extensive additions and changes to the property. Dalton remodeled the original dwelling into the popular Neo-Classical style.
